User Support Services (USS) is a department in Information Technology Services. USS provides support for all end-user client devices, technology training, Blackboard Ultra, the college's learning management system (LMS), and maintains the on campus academic computing facilities.

- Report problems with classroom and desktop equipment, telephones, Internet connectivity, etc.
- Ask questions about technology on campus and get information about instructional media and reserving AV equipment.
