The Payroll Office, housed within the Division of Administration and Finance, is responsible for all payroll activities for the college.

Monthly Payroll Process

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires hourly time reporting for employees. The college is requiring that supervising managers submit the appropriate Monthly Hiring Authorization Form for each of their monthly temporary employees. 

Each manager is required to submit to payroll the Monthly Payroll Timesheet (see below) for all their monthly employees for each monthly paycheck. The ACA requires this hourly reporting to determine eligibility for health care benefits.

Checks Must Be Mailed

Checks cannot be held for pickup. In order to ensure timely receipt of your paper paycheck, the checks must be mailed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
