Upcoming Upgrade and Planned Outage

Information Technology Services (ITS) is pleased to announce an upcoming upgrade to the MyRIC Portal and PeopleSoft Student Information System (Campus Solutions). This upgrade requires that MyRIC/Peoplesoft be temporarily unavailable.

Upgrade/Outage Timeline

  • Thursday, February 12 at 4:30 pm – Monday, February 16 at 6 am

The MyRIC Portal and Campus Solutions will be unavailable during this time.

Other Systems Still Available

All other systems (including HR, Financials, Blackboard, Office 365, Starfish, RICRooms, CollegeNet, and SAREPORT for administrative users) will remain available and accessible via a temporary landing page during the upgrade.
