Upcoming Upgrade and Planned Outage
Information Technology Services (ITS) is pleased to announce an upcoming upgrade to the MyRIC Portal and PeopleSoft Student Information System (Campus Solutions). This upgrade requires that MyRIC/Peoplesoft be temporarily unavailable.
Upgrade/Outage Timeline
The upgrade will begin during the evening of Thursday, July 31, and continue through the weekend.
The MyRIC Portal and Campus Solutions will be unavailable starting at 4:30 pm on Thursday, July 31 and will be restored on Monday, August 4 at 6 am.
All other systems (including HR, Financials, Blackboard, Office 365, Starfish, RICRooms, CollegeNet, and SAREPORT for administrative users) will remain available and accessible via a temporary landing page during the upgrade.
