The Office of Student Life is an office in the Division of Student Success. Our office supports students as they navigate their educational experience, while providing multiple touchpoints and space for them to deepen their social interactions.
The Office of Student Life offers opportunities that aim to inspire and ground students in the possibility that the classroom can be anywhere.

We see our students as their whole selves and challenge the notion that students are passive consumers. Working closely with the Student Community Government, our student organizations, and student leaders, we prioritize and value student centered learning, student led initiatives and most importantly, student voice.

The Student Handbook is designed to help you navigate your time at RIC by providing essential information on policies, procedures, regulations, resources and activities. It serves as a valuable resource for understanding student life, assessing your needs, and guiding you through the various programs and opportunities available to enhance your experience.
Do you wish to speak with someone? You can call the H.O.P.E. line, at 401-456-HOPE (4673), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to the counseling center, this emergency line has been established to provide continuous support to our campus community.
