Northeast Neighbors
Applicants from MA, CT, ME, NH, VT, NY, NJ, and Pike County PA can attend RIC at a 40% discount.* As a social mobility leader, we offer more than $11,000 off of out-of-state tuition to our Northeast Neighbors.
*New students from NY and NJ matriculating in the Fall 2025 semester and forward now qualify for our Northeast Neighbor discount.
