Baccalaureate Ceremony Faculty & Staff Information

Dear Faculty and Staff,
We are excited to celebrate the class of 2025 on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10 am at the Amica Mutual Pavilion (AMP) in downtown Providence. We are expecting over 1,000 graduates and over 8,000 family and guests to participate in this year’s ceremony. For our students, this day marks the culmination of years of hard work and dedication. We know you understand how important your attendance is at this event to show your support for the class of 2025.

If you wish to attend the ceremony, in any capacity, please complete our Form for Participation.
Marshals/Volunteers
Marshals and Volunteers will assist with the pre-ceremony line-up of the graduating candidates for the processional, during the diploma distribution, and at the recessional. Marshals and Volunteers will be required to be at the AMP on May 17 from 7:30 am–1 pm. You will receive parking accommodations, breakfast, and a to-go lunch for your service. If you wish to participate as a Marshal or Volunteer, please complete our Form for Volunteers. The form will also ask you which of these training sessions you are able to attend:
- Friday, April 25, 12:30–1:30 pm in Gaige Auditorium
- Friday, May 2, 12:30–1:30 pm in Gaige Auditorium
