The Office of the President - Strategic Initiatives invites faculty, staff, students, institutional leadership, and community partners to participate in upcoming dialogue sessions that will help shape the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion's initiatives in alignment with Rhode Island College's Strategic Compass. (Both in-person and virtual sessions are available.)

Schedule of Dialogue Sessions

Dialogue sessions are 90 minutes each. In-person sessions have spots limited to 25 people. Both in-person and virtual sessions require registration. These sessions will explore key topics such as: alignment with the Strategic Compass, student access and success data, professional development opportunities, campus climate, cultural competence initiatives, student and employee retention strategies, and community partnerships.
