Whether you are new to planning events at RIC or simply looking for a refresher, this session will provide practical guidance for planning and hosting successful campus events.
Topics will include:
- New and refined catering processes
- College and College-sponsored event protocols
- Timelines and approval processes
- Security standards and campus safety expectations
- Best practices for planning safe, organized, and engaging events
Participants will also have an opportunity to learn about available resources and ask questions about the event-planning process.
