Current nursing majors can apply for a number of annual scholarships by completing one application in AwardSpring. After you submit your application, you'll automatically be considered for every scholarship you're eligible for—no need to apply for each one separately. For scholarships requiring demonstrated financial need, a FAFSA must have been submitted.

Awards for Graduating Seniors

Each semester, three nursing awards are given to graduating seniors for excellence in nursing theory and practice. These awards recognize both basic baccalaureate students and R.N. to B.S.N. students. Award decisions are based on scholarship, excellence in clinical practice, leadership within the Zvart Onanian School of Nursing and service to the college and community. The awards are designated for: Academic Excellence (basic baccalaureate student), Academic Excellence (R.N. to B.S.N. student) and Service Excellence (basic baccalaureate student).
