We’re thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Cap & Gown Sponsorship Program, designed to provide seniors with the opportunity to have their cap and gown fully paid for! This program is intended for seniors graduating in May 2026.
Who Should Apply?
If the cost of a cap and gown presents a financial challenge for you, this program is here to help. Thanks to the sponsorship from our generous alumni and friends, we can fully cover the cost of Bachelor Cap & Gown Packages for those selected, allowing you to celebrate your achievements worry-free.
What’s Included?
Cap, gown, tassel (with year), and hood are covered by the program.
Please Note: Stoles and cords are not included, but they can be purchased separately online or at the bookstore.
How does the Application and Selection Process Work?
- Eligibility – Open to all graduating undergraduate seniors
- Apply Today – Complete the online application by Sunday, February 15
- Selection Process – Recipients are selected at random, based on sponsor availability and need
- Notification – Applicants will be notified by Friday, February 27
- Cap & Gown Pickup – Selected students will be scheduled to pick up their regalia and write a thank-you note at the Kauffman Center
