How We Achieve Our Mission

The Office of Strategic Initiatives serves as a campus-wide partner, working collaboratively with leaders and units to advance the college’s strategic priorities by:

  • leading cross-divisional projects by providing clear structure, facilitation, timelines, and accountability delivering measurable results on shared priorities
  • strengthening project management across campus through thought partnership on templates, coaching, process design, and support for complex initiatives
  • building campus capacity with practical training and goal-setting equipping leaders, faculty, and staff to implement strategic goals collaboratively
  • translating insights into plans bridging data, analysis, and action to drive institutional progress
  • driving alignment by connecting campus work to the college’s mission, goals, and strategic plan
  • supporting strategic projects through design, launch, and early implementation, then transitioning ownership to appropriate department or division
