Hope Scholarship Eligibility for Current Students

The Hope Scholarship at Rhode Island College provides eligible RI students with a four-year degree, two years tuition-free.

Requirements for Current Undergraduates

To qualify for the Hope Scholarship, enrolled undergraduate students must meet these requirements:

• Qualify for in-state tuition (RI residents only)
• Enroll at RIC as a first-time first-year student
• Remain enrolled as a full-time student
• Complete the FAFSA
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA
• Declare a major
• Stay on track to graduate in 4 years
• Get your last two years tuition-free!
