Executive Director
Established in 2016, the Institute for Education in Healthcare (IEH) strives to be the bridge that connects RI College and the community through innovative education, career pathways, and workforce transformation to bolster RI’s care continuum.
About Our Programs
More specifically, the IEH has been a leader in building interdisciplinary partnerships to support workforce development across the lifecycle care continuum through higher education resources and tools:
- consultation services
- noncredit and credit-bearing certificate programs
- seminars, workshops, conferences, and educational resources
- career ladder and apprenticeships
- programs that support student and worker retention and advancement
The Community Health Worker Association of RI has been proudly housed within the IEH since 2017.
