Welcome to the Academic Success Center, an office in the Division of Student Success. We provide tutorial and support services for students through the Math Learning Lab, Subject Tutoring, and the Writing Lab (which includes Presentation Practice).
What We Do
The Academic Success Center is committed to offering tutoring, academic services, programming, and resources that support all students in thinking critically, planning accordingly, and thriving academically.

Fall Hours
Monday–Thursday: 8am – 8pm
Friday: 8am – 4pm
Visit Tutoring at ASC for tutor schedules, student resources in study skills, writing, self-advocacy, etc., and faculty resources.
Services Offered
Math Learning Lab: Math and Computer Science Tutoring
We provide peer tutoring for Math Placement, Math 010, 120, 139, 143, 144, 177, 209, 210, 212, 213, 240, and 314. We also have tutoring for CSCI 102, 157, 211, 212, 309, 313, 325 and CIS 252.
Writing Lab
The Writing Lab works with writers to explore and develop their ideas, to become aware of the needs of their readers, and to learn the rhetorical and syntactical strategies necessary for effective communication. The Writing Lab also hosts public speaking and presentation tutoring
Multi-Subject/Skills Tutoring
Subject tutoring provides academic support in many disciplines and varies by semester. We also provide skills-based tutoring to improve study habits and strategies.
